1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SocialByVani website and the freelance digital services provided by Vani Arora ("Service Provider", "I", "me"). By engaging my services or using this website, you ("Client", "you") agree to these terms.

2. Services

SocialByVani provides freelance social media management, eCommerce services, and graphic design services as described on the website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or project brief) before work begins.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
• For one-time projects, full payment is required before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• For monthly retainer plans, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information.
• Review and approve content/designs within the agreed timeline.
• Ensure all materials provided to me are owned by you or properly licensed.
• Communicate clearly about project requirements and changes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks used in the creation process remain my property.

6. Revisions

Most packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

SocialByVani provides services on a best-effort basis. I do not guarantee specific results (e.g., follower counts, sales figures, or ranking positions) as these depend on many factors beyond my control. My total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

8. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and will keep all business information, login credentials, and proprietary data strictly confidential. This obligation continues even after the completion of services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days' written notice via email. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication via email ([email protected]). If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
